I hereby apply for membership in the Postsecondary Accessibility and Disability Resource Association –Alberta (the “Association”) and certify that I am eligible for membership in the Association as defined by the membership category selected above. I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal information by the Association to facilitate Association networking and activities (i.e. membership list distribution). I consent to receiving email messages from the Association through the list serv and acknowledge that I may withdraw my consent at any time with no consequence to my membership.

Full members must work at a postsecondary institution in Alberta and devote a significant part of their work time to facilitating accessibility for individuals with disabilities in postsecondary education. Full members may:

Associate members work outside the postsecondary system or work in a postsecondary institution outside of Alberta and devote a significant part of their work time to facilitating accessibility for individuals with disabilities in postsecondary education. Associate members may:
